Feel Alive In 5 is a 12 week strength and conditioning programme to help kickstart your fitness journey. Our videos and e-books demonstrate the exercises with in depth tuition and technical advice to ensure you are progressing with the correct form to optimise results. Our goal is for you to feel accomplished and challenged after every workout.
Structure (5 Days on 2 Days Rest):
We have designed this programme for both men and women 18 years of age upwards. It is for anyone looking to get back into regular exercise or to take their fitness to the next level by improving form and technique.
Our ambition over the coming months is to build a growing community of fitness enthusiasts where we have a real support network to help motivate one another to reach our goals!

Feel Alive In 5 is for anyone looking to get back into regular exercise or to take their fitness to the next level by improving form and technique. The programme can also provide a good test for the fitness enthusiasts and seasoned athletes too.
The challenge is for Men and Women over 18 years of age. It doesn’t matter about shape or size – this is all about joining a new team to help you reach your own individual goals.
Feel Alive In 5 is a full body strength and conditioning programme designed to activate key muscle groups, start to burn some body fat and to help with toning the body. It is designed to help you feel leaner and stronger. It is a 5 day on 2 days off rotation, over 12 weeks, including monthly challenges too.
Day 1: Strength A
Day 2: Conditioning 1
Day 3: Strength B
Day 4: Conditioning 2
Day 5: Strength C
Some of the exercises will require some equipment. We have provided the full list of equipment needed below.
Exercise Matt, Low Table or Chair, Dumbbell, Kettle Bell or Weighted Object, Resistance Band, TRX Rope, Timer, Small Resistance Band, Obstacles Low or High in Height, 8 Marker Cones or other Reference Objects, & Weights.
Absolutely yes – we would always advise someone to seek medical advice before starting any workout programme.
Yes – once you have signed up and you have your login you have full access to our video workout library to workout to at your own leisure. From point of purchase you will have full access to the fitness zone content and membership for 15 weeks.
For optimum results we would advise you to complete a full 12 weeks with 5 days on 2 days rest sequence, aiming to build up the progressions throughout the weeks as you start to feel fitter. We will be hosting our own organised watch alongs too so you can feel apart of Feel Alive In 5 community.
You can watch the videos on all your devices (Smart Phones, Tablets and Laptops) plus you can connect to your TV via Chromecast.
You will have full access to the members area for 15 weeks from point of purchase. The programme is for 12 weeks but we give 3 extra weeks in case any circumstances come up where you can’t train as expected for any of the weeks.
To perform the workouts you can either do them on your own or with a friend. Our team though are with you every step of the way offering support and guidance throughout. We will also be providing weekly progress trackers and you can discuss these with our trainers at any time. We are also setting up a members Facebook page to form a powerful community of likeminded people who will motivate each other to reach your goals.

The programme is non-refundable once it is purchased unless for extenuating circumstances.
Once you register you will have your username and login and can gain immediate access to ‘The Fitness Zone’ where you can view the video and e-book content. You will also receive an automated confirmation email. Once the team receive your order, one of our trainers will get in touch to introduce themselves and welcome you to the Feel Alive In 5 challenge. They will also send you your weekly progress trackers and keep up to date with how everything is going. In addition, we will also add you to our members Facebook group to help you meet other people on the challenge too.
We will provide you with a weekly progress tracker, identifying three key areas:
– Reps, Time and Weight Gains
– Weight Loss if Applicable
– Mindset Improvements
We will also take transformation photos from before and after and we will also host a monthly challenge for all members to see how far you have improved.
Feel Alive In 5 is our first ever fitness challenge and the team are already working on a pipeline of new programmes to introduce to everyone. In the next month we will have news on what will the next challenge will be. We have launched Feel Alive In 5 to help be part of the long term fitness journey, with us all going on that process together so we are with you every step of the way. We are super excited to get started and look forward to bringing more workout content to you over the next few months and years!
