Feel Alive In 5 outdoor workouts is a strength and conditioning programme to help kickstart your fitness journey. They are designed for both men and women over 18, specifically for those looking to get back into regular exercise again. The sessions will usually take place on a tennis court or on a space in the adjacent playing fields at our venues. We will provide all the equipment needed so all you have to do is turn up and be prepared to work hard. The classes will be led by our expert trainers who will put you through your paces to help you achieve your goals. As part of the course you will get weekly progress trackers, a monthly challenge and you can also join our Member’s Facebook page.  Our goal is for you to feel accomplished and challenged after every workout!

Terms & Conditions

  1. Places will be booked on a first come, first served basis.
  2. Priority will be given to people already registered on the previous course throughout a specific sign up window. After this period, we shall open the course up to new sign ups.
  3. If sessions have to be cancelled, every effort will be made to reschedule them. If more than 2 sessions are cancelled in any one course, and they cannot be rescheduled then we will refund the cost of the sessions missed once the course has been completed.
  4. Our wet weather policy is that we make every effort to go ahead with every class. Should we have to postpone a session due to the weather and health and safety concerns, we will contact you via email and SMS on the contact details provided on the booking form as a notification.
  5. If you do miss a session and provides 24 hour notice to the office, then a make up class can be arranged during the same course if spaces are available in other sessions throughout the term. These make up classes must be pre-booked through the office.
  6. Please note, we do not offer refunds for missed classes and due to popular demand of our sessions, we cannot guarantee a make up class will be available in the term.
  7. If a session is fully booked, then we operate a waiting list on a first come, first serve basis.
  8. Please inform the trainer of any relevant medical conditions/special needs on the booking form and at the first session.
  9. You should arrive to the class 10 minutes beforehand to ensure a prompt start.
  10. You should wear appropriate footwear and kit, including a waterproof jacket and tracksuit in wet and cold conditions.
  11. You should bring with you a healthy snack and a bottle of water/sports drink in a plastic bottle for refreshment breaks.
